I was very disappointed in that the Indianapolis surgery location was not handicap compliant. No automatic doors or restroom for wheelchairs. I agree with another patient that privacy was not high when exam room doors were not closed completely. They also need to have music in the waiting area as you spend a lot of time there. However, I must say that the testing and my actual surgery experience was really very good. I would recommend them to anyone needing this surgery.

This office was amazing! Unlike any other Dr.s office. It has free coffee and cookies, massage chairs, no TV, need a few more good magazines, they have some good magazines for seniors. But all in all , didn't have to wait long. Definitely recommend to others.

Great experience. I used transportation all three days and it was wonderful. All drivers were on time and friendly. All staff from phone calls to on site were professional, friendly and answered all questions. At Keystone facility, my evaluation and follow ups were great. The snacks and drinks were appreciated as my wife was with me. Dr Walton and surgery at Meridian Street facility went as planned and smooth. My eye sight is great and getting better each day. My optometrist, Dr Wendorff recommended Eye Specialists and I’m very happy he did. I am already recommending Eye Specialists to my family and friends.

I had a great experience. Everyone was kind, attentive, and helpful. My appointments were prompt and on time. The nurses/Medical Assistants were efficient with doing tests, or answering questions. The doctors were great. I didn’t feel rushed but rather given time to ask questions.they explained details of what was going to happen and calming information about what post op to expect. It was a “well oiled machine” . I am grateful to have been able to go there. Vision is such a wonderful gift!

Very thorough and timely. I was treated as if I was walking into someone’s home rather than an office. Everyone’s friendly and helpful And seemed concerned about my experience. By the way, I thought the artwork was Fabulous! I loved it. Follow up has been great And shows a real concern for the success of my surgery. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone considering cataract surgery.
