Found one helpful employee. However, the website inventory is completely inaccurate. In store, I had to walk for almost 20 mins to find an employee. The first woman was incredibly rude to me. Second employee was nice and helped me look at the floor but they could not find the item. Disappointed since I drove very far out of my way for a specific item. Not returning.

We ordered garage doors that arrived on March 13th. The store gave us bad measurement instructions, so they didn't fit. We tried to return them immediately. Lowe’s spent over two months dragging out a dispute over a restocking fee, entirely creating a long delay.

Once they finally agreed to the return, they scheduled a pickup for Saturday, May 23rd. They completely ghosted the pickup, wasted our entire Saturday, and canceled it without telling us. Now, the store management is refusing the refund because they claim the timeline is "too far out"—a timeline completely created by their own store's delays! We have emailed the operations manager directly with our logs and are being completely ignored. Absolutely disgraceful way to treat local customers. Avoid this store.

Extremely disappointed with my dishwasher order. My apartment complex requires a copy of the installer's license and insurance information before any work is done. I told Lowe's on day one that we could not proceed with this installation until we received their documentation and continuously called to remind them up until the date. The customer service rep insisted that we had to make an actual purchase first, but the documentation would be provided shortly after.

Big surprise, they never provided the documentation. The people I spoke to at Lowe's were very nice, but they just weren't helpful. Every time I called, it sounded like it was the first time they were hearing about the need for any documentation. I'd say it took 10-15 minutes each time just re-explaining the situation every time I called.

The day prior to the installation date they finally provided a COI with generic Lowe's information, but my apartment complex deems this invalid since it's not the actual installer's information.

I understand my apartment complex may be strict and I understand mistakes happen, but I spent almost a month without a dishwasher and called Lowe's at least 9 times to ask about the documentation, but now I'm back at square one. So they basically just wasted a month of my time. Guess I'll be handwashing for a while still.

I placed order earlier this morning, I was notified 2hours later that order was ready. I arrived at the loading dock, (I could not get in, there were two unattended vehicles parked under the canopy). Stopped at the pro desk, then directed go to the front entrance, I stopped at the counter-then directed around the desk, (blue footprints). On the internet, Lowes guest was not working, I could not bring up my order, I left the store to get service. I then went back entered my phone number and was greeted 4 minutes later with associate, (he did not ask me for identification). I had a partial order waiting. I was told to drive over to the main entrance to pick up the order, after loaded I then was directed to go the garden center to get the remaining order. At the garden center, I stopped at the register for the remaining order. I was told to wait before saying anything. The cashier, (on the right as you come in from the lot). Told me to wait. I waited for about two minutes then told him I was picking up an order. He told me I had to pay first; I told him it was paid for. He said he couldn’t help me and to “move away from the register”. I looked to my left and saw about 10 customers waiting to check out in the other register, “I asked him, now you want to ring up people and not help me”.
At that point I raised my voice, said out loud I aimlessly, “Can anybody help me”. (In the garden center, I noticed 4 associates), one approached me and told me he would bring it out, (10 bags of peat moss). I said I would be outside and 2 associates came out and loaded for me. I asked why the order wasn’t ready when I was notified to pick up. I was told because “people place orders and don’t pick up”. I looked at him puzzled, “Isn’t order already paid for? My store experience was not a positive one. Seems there are enough employees, (letting time pass and saying it’s not my job), then helping customers. Lack of proper management. The complete order should have been ready when notified for pick up.

One of the better locations with a nice selection of house plants... just have to sometimes go hunting for the location of all of them because they are not all in the same spot.
