So this is the first time I’ve ever written a review but this place was bad enough I feel like I HAD too. We were invited to Urban Air for a Birthday party and like most places, it smelled when we walked in, but the stink just got worse! The entire place smelled like pee. I went up in the playground with my son, and I was gagging the entire time. It smelled HORRIBLE. So since it was absolutely disgusting, before the party I went to the restroom to wash my hands and neither of the sinks in the ladies bathroom were working, no soap, toilet paper was all over the floor. I told a young man that was walking past and he just laughed and continued walking to the kitchen area. There was a decent amount of workers there for a Wednesday evening, but all of them were huddled up at the “food court”. Kids were running wild with zero supervision. One man who I assume was the maintenance man, was the only employee actually working and tending to the place. So much more I could say, but I need to go wash the filth off my kid.

On behalf of Big Buddy, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Urban Air Adventure Park for providing such an incredible experience for our scholars. A very special thank you goes to **Finance Manager Ms. Kim**, whose outstanding support and coordination made all **three of our field trips** a success. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to work with our organization made the planning process seamless from beginning to end.

This field trip was an absolute favorite among our students! From the moment they walked through the doors, the excitement was contagious. Our kindergarteners couldn't stop smiling, laughing, and cheering throughout the entire visit. Seeing their joy made the experience even more rewarding for our staff and mentors.

What truly sets Urban Air apart is the variety of attractions available for children of all ages. From our kindergarten scholars all the way through our 8th graders, every student found activities they loved. The ball pit was by far the biggest attraction for our youngest scholars, while the rock climbing walls and Sky Rider gliding experience were huge favorites among our 4th through 8th graders. With unlimited playtime, students had the opportunity to explore, challenge themselves, and create lasting memories.

Urban Air provided a fun, safe, and engaging environment that encouraged our scholars to be active, build confidence, and simply enjoy being kids. We are incredibly grateful for the partnership and hospitality shown to Big Buddy. Thank you again, Ms. Kim and the entire Urban Air team, for making these experiences so special. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

Absolutely amazing experience! We’ve booked with Urban Air before, but this time truly stood out. We celebrated my son’s 8th birthday, and the staff went above and beyond. Michael quickly fixed an accidental booking issue, Kamryn was an attentive and wonderful host, and Dallas was friendly and professional at checkout. Their customer service made the entire experience smooth and memorable. We will definitely be back—thank you, Urban Air!

I brought my kid here for a birthday party. They had a great time. It was clean and the staff treated the kids well. We plan to return soon.

Kaleigh R met me at the door with a bright happy smile and immediately began offering help and guidance! She was so pleasant the entire time! I never noticed an exasperated look on her face (there were 40 people in our party room so it was crazy - I’m a good way!)! She helped me so much with serving and keeping us stocked with food and drinks! As for the room: we LOVED being up high and able to look out over the play floor! There were two long tables for our 20 kids and all fit just fine. There were two small round tables. We used one for gifts and one for cake and drink pitchers. We did ask to have a third small table brought in for our favor bags and with big parties, might be helpful to have a separate little table for the pizzas (but if only 10-12 kids in the party, no extra table would have been needed (in my opinion). The kids had a fabulous time playing and all the parents kept telling me how impressed they were with everything (compared to other places we all frequent for our parties in the past)! Thank you so much for such an incredible time!!
