We were lucky enough to grab a couple of seats at the bar on a Friday night at Rosati’s in Cumming. It was busy, but Gene and Kenzie took great care of us. They were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome as soon as we sat down.
We started with the dough nuggets, and they were incredible. They came out warm, dusted with Parmesan, and practically melted in your mouth. The portion size could feed a small army.
The jumbo teriyaki wings were also so good! They were big, crispy, fresh, and packed with flavor. You get a generous portion, and for the quality and freshness, the price was hard to beat.
For pizza, we ordered a thin crust with Italian beef and fresh garlic. It was fresh, cheesy, and hearty without feeling too heavy. The cheese pull was on point and the crust to topping ratio was perfect.
The bar had a great local crowd and a fun atmosphere. Even though they were busy, our needs were met. They even boxed up all of our leftovers for us, which was a nice touch and made us feel really well taken care of.
We’ll definitely be back. If you’re looking for great pizza, awesome wings, and genuinely friendly service, I highly recommend Rosati’s.

The Deep Dish Chicago style pizza was awesome. The menu said Yuengling pints were $5, but we were charged $6.50. There were no adjustments on the menu, and the server never told us that the price had gone up. When I got the bill I was expecting to see $25 for beer, and it was $32.50! There were a couple of girls walking around offering free Casamigos margaritas, and I had three, so it evened out. There was also a really good Rush tribute band called "Spirit of Rush", and there was no cover charge for them, so all in all it was a good value.

The pizza I ordered (Meat Mania) was delicious. Will definitely order the Meat Mania Pizza again.
Our service was excellent. We had a new server who waited on our table of 4 and she was fantastic.
The atmosphere was great. Nice music playing.om their system. They do have live music on the weekend!

Nice neighborhood pizza and pub scene, and strong rotation of musicians in the bar side. Pizza was good, but crust was fairly bland. Kitchen must have been slammed as it took a long time (~40 minutes) for a small pizza of 3 toppings to be made and served. The crust was thin crust, and not deep dish, but still had good structure to the crust. Loved the square cuts. They have an amazing draft beer selection for a bar of their size. It's definitely worth several trips to enjoy the beer menu.

I ate at this place almost 2 weeks ago on 06/14/25 based on a recommendation I received from a Supervisor in Stafford, Va while I was there for work about a month ago.
I was sharing with Him how I loved Pizza and had eaten at the Best Pizza place there in VA, which he had never heard of before because he's new to the city.
Upon sharing that info. He informed me of Rosati's in Hoschton, Ga. He told me that it was a must try. He tried it also for the first time when he came to Ga for a work assignment.
Having said all of that. I have 2 favorite Pizza places here in GA. But let me tell you. This is some of the best Chicago Style Pizza I ever had. It was absolutely delicious.
I ordered the 10" Classic Combo thin crust Pizza. And it was absolutely delicious! Cooked to perfection and loaded with toppings and cheese. It was like heaven in my mouth. 😊. I will definitely be going back, possibly today for a pickup. I dined in the first time.
