I have been spending alot of time in this office and I am shocked at what I've seen and heard.I observed one of the recuiters after
interviewing a potential hire make the following statement after the person left the office "I will never do anything for that guy" . Now the individual was not well dressed and you could tell
he was from a heavy labour trade such as farming or construction.
You could also tell by his hands that he was a hard working man who would have worked his ass off. This recuiter who interviewed him made her choice not to help this person solely on his appearance.This did not shock me as I overheard her say to a fellow worker that she only likes professional people.
As far as I am concerned this recuiter is being discriminatory in who she choses to help and should not be in that position.
