I couldn't afford to pay my IRS payment plan during covid which resulted in a IRS wage garnishment against me. Calling the IRS myself was a nightmare and the agents are rude. They wouldn’t accept any of my offers for a lower payment plan. The IRS is being unreasonable and I needed professional help. I had some collection issue with the IRS on some taxes i couldn't pay off. I was injured from work and covid happened at the same time. My financial situation really took a hit but Henry helped me reached a great settlement with the IRS. The price was expensive but the result is much better than what i expected. I was really comfortable having henry handle my tax stuff from now. I also really enjoyed the location of the office and the secured parking underground.
