We use That Storage Place. It’s secure and staff is extremely professional. We appreciate the location and extra measures put in place to keep units cleared of snow in the winter, and well monitored year round.

Booked this location as a last minute rush. Staff were extremely helpful and everything from contract to review of the unit was great. The unit was clean and easy to access with a 26 foot uhual truck. We loaded one of the largest units to the brim. Access, when needed, was easy with entrance and driveways always clean, even in the winter. Had some moisture in the center and back of unit, which was "bleeding" up through the concrete floor. A tarp or plywood placed down would be recommended to stop soaking into the bottom of cardboard boxes. Other that that, there were no bugs or animals noticed anywhere like we have experienced in other places that we have used. Biggest plus here is the staff who go out of their way to be helpful. Thank you.

I recommend That Storage Place over other companies we've used. They are helpful, courteous, and honestly, the best!

We've used other storage facilities in the past. That Storage Place is, by far, the best one we've ever used.

The staff is friendly and the place is kept clean. Their communications are always professional and courteous. On the rare times we did not put the lock on properly, they contacted us to remind us.

Excellent local storage place! Extremely helpful and responsive staff, well maintained premises, clean units, and a convenient location by the highway. Very flexible with contracts and cancellation notice. Our unit was spacious and fit the equivalent of what we could cram into a 15' U-Haul truck.
