We had a wonderful experience at this dental office with my son. He is very nervous about the dentist, but his hygienist Hamza was incredibly kind and patient with him. He took the time to explain things and really helped put my son at ease, which made such a difference for us.

The dentist was also very kind, efficient, and reassuring. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and well cared for. I’m so grateful for the compassion and professionalism of the whole team ,we will definitely be coming back! :)

Dr. Swatie and the entire team at Grandview Dental are the absolute best.

We have been a part of the practice since the day it opened and I highly recommend her and the team to anyone!

Amazing clinic!!! All of the staff are friendly, personable and very caring. I would recommend them to anyone. I have never liked seeing a dentist - everyone here from Naomi at the front desk, our incredible hygienist, Hamza, and Drs Ravindra and Swati have changed that for me! Great with kids as well

I’ve had such a great experience at this dental office! The appointments are always timely, and the communication is clear and easy. Hamza has been amazing in taking care of me—he’s worked wonders on my fear of the dental offices. His positive attitude and friendly rapport make every visit so much better. I’ve been going to Grandview for about 4 years. The office is fantastic all around. The receptionists are so welcoming and polite always asking me how I am….how was your weekend, how was day, etc. amazing receptionists.

Kayla is the hygienist I see for my cleanings. She’s always gentle and does a great job with my cleanings.

I have a minor fear of needles which Dr Swati is aware of. The last time I had a filling done, Dr Swati took extra time explaining everything to me and she really helped me with my needle anxiety. She was so calm and patient. Dr Swati is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend Dr Swati and her office to anyone.

Almost 5 star until I was surprised with the amount I have to pay because they did not run the "Pre assessment". It can be my fault as well but please don't assume everyone has good coverage and not alot of people have $800+ to pay out of their pockets.

Specially everything is expensive now.

Update: The Owner was trying to contact me but I did not respond back as I already paid that $800+

Damage is done I am sorry and not coming back here. They should have run that pre-assessment so I could have postponed and reschedule it for next year where my insurance will cover partial of the work.

Lesson for me and their clinic:
- Check your insurance coverage if the work is going to get covered.
- Clinic please run a "pre-assessment" before doing the work so your clients/patients will not be surprise on how much was not covered under their insurance.

Hopefully they will run the "pre-assessment" for everyone so they will not end up like me paying that much!

Hamza at Grandview Dental is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. I was super nervous prior to going to him because I haven’t been to a dentist in over a decade due to not having benefits. His calm demeanour has put my nerves fully at ease. Not only has my experiences with him been incredible, but he also provided my 3 year old daughter with her first ever dental appointment which was exceptional. She was also nervous prior to the appointment and she can’t wait to go back because of Hamza. Would 100% recommend Grandview Dental and Hamza to anyone.

I was a new patient when I arrived and now there is NO other dental office I would even think of going to. My first call, I spoke to Ashley who made me feel SO comfortable, answered all and more of my many questions. She was honest, straight forward and her compassion for my new venture with dentures had me knowing I was in the best hands! She was incredible in reducing my high anxiety, fear of dentists and the pain. I can't say enough about her wealth of knowledge, ability to truly CARE for me as her patient and ensuring I received the BEST outcome for me. She is definitely an ASSET and vital part of your dental experience.

Meeting and discussing my needs with Dr. Swati the first time, I truly felt she was concerned with giving me the best treatment options, and she certainly exceeded my expectations! I came home and was without pain during my recovery...WOW I say....that's never been my experience with a dentist prior. Her exceptional care and skill in providing me a new smile will forever be one of my happiest memories! :)

Huge thank you to Grandview Dental for making this process such a happy and successful experience for me....I now can't stop smiling!! :)
