Absolutely an amazing place! The staff is nice! There were a couple scheduling errors and they fixed them right away and still let my son have his lesson! We look forward to going to lessons every week!

We absolutely love Aqua-Tots Helotes! Both of my kids (ages 9 and 12now) have grown so much here. My daughter started out barely wanting to get into the water, and now she can swim confidently. My son has progressed all the way to the swim team! The coaches are incredibly patient, kind, and encouraging, and they’ve made learning fun for both of my kids. Thanks to Aqua-Tots, I can finally relax and feel confident knowing they’re safe in the water. We are so grateful for everything you’ve done!

Exceptional Instructors and Management That Truly Cares!

We have had an incredible experience at Aqua-Tots Helotes! The instructors here range from very good to truly exceptional—they have a gift for making my son feel confident and excited to get in the water. He loves swimming and aqua tots makes it even more lovable. The team here at Helotes/Bandera feels like family.

Most importantly, the Regional Manager, Angel, is a absolute standout. Navigating schedules and specific needs can sometimes be tricky, but Angel is "super awesome" and consistently goes above and beyond. Every time we’ve faced a unique situation, he has responded with a positive attitude and a fast, effective resolution. It’s rare to find management so dedicated to customer happiness. As long as Angel and his hardworking staff are at the helm, I will continue to recommend Aqua-Tots to every parent I know!

Shady billing practices and my five and a half year old is stuck in a class with three year olds bored out of her mind. I signed both of my girls up for lessons in September 2024 and paid the $50 registration fee. The monthly tuition was $208/month for one class per week. On January 1st (only 4 months later), I was charged another $50 registration fee and my monthly tuition was increased to $224/month with no notice or communication.
My daughters also find the classes incredibly boring. They don't put kids in the right levels for their experience and age. My 5 year old is a strong swimmer and she's stuck in a class with two and three year olds working on dunking her head underwater. I asked multiple times about moving her to a different class and was told she needs to make bigger "star arms" which made no sense to me. She's already diving to the bottom of our pool at home. Don't waste your time or money. This place sucks.

We’ve been with Aqua-Tots Swim School for the past two years, and the experience has been truly exceptional. My son, Pranith Akula, started his journey here with a genuine fear of water, and it’s amazing to see how far he’s come — now confidently swimming at Level 7!

The instructors are incredibly patient, skilled, and encouraging. They’ve created a supportive environment that not only builds strong swimming skills but also fosters trust and confidence in the water. The structured and progressive curriculum has worked beautifully for Pranith, and the consistent focus on safety and technique has made a big difference.

We’re very grateful for the dedication and positive energy of the entire Aqua-Tots team. Highly recommend this swim school to any parent looking for quality swim instruction in good swim training
