After years of working in and out of law enforcement and the court system, Kelly Circle, the owner of Teton Bail Bonds saw a need for a fair, honest, and truthful bail bond agency in the greater Teton Idaho area. In 2005, he formed Teton Bail Bonds and started serving the community where he lived.
