I had a storage unit with StorageMart for about a year, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were proactive in addressing any issues with my unit or account, often calling me promptly if anything needed attention. When it came time to close my unit and account, they were incredibly helpful throughout the process. Unlike some other places I've used before, they were always available during their stated opening hours, which made managing my storage needs hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend this StorageMart for their excellent customer service and reliability.

Every few months they increase my rent. I will be looking for a new locker. Rent gets contantly increased. Please explain to me why you just put my locker from $334 to $395? Please explain. I used to have a bigger locker and after 2 months they increased my rent by $150. The employees just say it's head office there is nothing they can do about it. Plus in the winter it's freezing inside even though they claim that it's heated. 5 degrees celcius is not very heated.

The staff is fantastic here. Mohamed was great, from the first time I came in and set up my storage, and every time I came in. Very helpful and always professional and courteous.
The storage unit is very secure and an excellent place to store your stuff.

Beware. Will increase your payments without notice or any explications. Two increases in the past year. 30%.
Online prices are a gimmick to get you as a client. Then they increase the price. Currently paying 65% more than advertised online.
