My wife and I purchased our new home 8 years ago, but the builder’s roof was in shambles. Shingles were scattered in our neighbours’ yards, and unfortunately, Tarion wouldn’t lift a finger to help.

Thankfully, we reached out to Sunflow, and Mike was able to provide us with invaluable information about their roofing products. We were immediately convinced that their product was the perfect choice for our home. We fell in love with it so much that we recommended it to our friends, and they are equally thrilled with their new roof.

Now, we enjoy the peace of mind that comes with having a stable roof, not to mention the incredible warranty that accompanies it!

We got swayed by Mike’s great performance on telling us why we should choose HIS company.
He was going to send us his BEST crew, was going to use the BEST materials, and their customer service was supposed to be out of this world.

WRONG.

Sent us ONE guy, who had only worked for the company for a couple weeks, took him FOUR days to get the job done, had to use OUR ladder, left his tools in our garage after job was done and had to phone him days later to tell him get them outta here!!

I made several phone calls and sent several emails, explaining our dissatisfaction with the whole situation, and no one ever got back to us.

Save your money and don’t fall for his gimmicks or his pleasantries. 👎🏻👎🏻

Excellent service from start to finish. Meeting with Mike was informative and he gave us excellent advice in choosing the right product for our home. The crew was on time every day and kept the worksite very tidy. The workers were very polite and did a great job on our roof. The work was completed in a timely manner with no unexpected issues. Thank you Mike, Colleen and the rest of your team for a job well done.

The entire staff and crews where fantastic to work with. The crew was extremely clean and completed in one day. This included re & re solar panels and re-roofing. They were even kind enough to replace a microinverter that was defective which I had on site at no extra charge. As this job was done during the pandemic, Colleen in the office was extremely pleasant and accommodating to work with.

Their goal was to make sure I was happy before signing off on the completion. I definitely made the right choice!

Sunflow roofing are a very professional and courteous company. They wasted no time in getting back to us and setting a meeting to discuss our needs. Colleen is awesome to work with, always friendly and ready to help.
Rod was great too he kept us update with everything that was going to be happening and gave us a very accurate time frame of when to expect the work to be started and completed.
The team that came to do our roof were very respectful of our property and did an outstanding job of making sure everything was covered and cleaned while they were working.
Our experience was the best and we would recommend Sunflow to anyone who is looking to get their roof replaced.
