Real decent coffee, I got the nitro cold brew and enjoyed it. The sausage on my biscuit tasted a bit undercooked but that might just be the trend in Minnesota. The service was excellent.

I stopped here quickly during a layover to Cincinnati and was unimpressed with the speed of the service, but most importantly I had purchased a Lumberjack breakfast sandwich and one of the employees sticker her fingers in her mouth and then continued to make me sandwich without washing her hands! I was in such a hurry that I couldn’t wait for another sandwich so I just took my order and left but was so grossed out and bummed I wasted $8 on something I couldn’t even stomach to eat.

Caribou Coffee at MSP Airport is a great spot to relax before a flight. The café has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with comfortable seating, stylish décor, and even a cozy fireplace feature that makes it feel less like an airport coffee shop and more like a neighborhood café.

I ordered the Ham, Egg & Swiss Croissant and a medium coffee. The sandwich was fresh, warm, and satisfying, while the coffee was smooth and flavorful. Service was efficient, and the staff kept the line moving even during a busy morning rush.

The only reason for four stars instead of five is the typical airport pricing and occasional wait during peak travel times. Overall, it’s an excellent place to grab breakfast, enjoy a good cup of coffee, and recharge before your next flight.
