I used the Sandra Taylor agency to hire a personal assistant, not really knowing what to expect. I ended up interviewing a couple candidates, all of whom were very professional—it was difficult to choose! So far, everything is working out even better than I could’ve imagined! They offer an insurance policy as well just in case you and your staff member don’t “click” (but it also covers things like family emergencies that may require them to stop working). Not that I intend to have to change staff, but it definitely put my mind at ease.

When you hire a company like this to send someone to come into your home, the most important thing is being able to trust them. The Sandra Taylor agency connected me with a wonderful housekeeper and nanny who I immediately liked and trusted. I checked her references and they were rave reviews.
