Our story simply starts with better tasting food on the grill! Life got busier and finding the time to 'fire' up the charcoal grill,was only happening on the weekends. There had to be a grill where someone could enjoy that wood fired flavour any day of the week. That is where the Green Mountain… Our story simply starts with better tasting food on the grill! Life got busier and finding the time to 'fire' up the charcoal grill,was only happening on the weekends. There had to be a grill where someone could enjoy that wood fired flavour any day of the week. That is where the Green Mountain pellet grill (GMG) came in. The versatility and ease of going from low & slow to searing that rib eye was fantastic! Our GMG grills come in 3 sizes starting at the Davy Crockett (perfect for tailgating, RV'ers and camping), the Daniel Boone (mid size groups and families), the Jim Bowie (great for large families or gatherings). Being enthusiastic about the joys and challenges of outdoor cooking/grilling, making good food, sharing with family and friends made it a natural fit to take our journey and share our passion from our backyard to yours! At BackCountry grills, we will continue to offer quality products from GMG, Ooni (outdoor ovens), LumberJack Pellets, Furtado Farms pellets (100% Canadian) and service that our valued customers expect from BackCountry Grills and look forward to expanding our offerings in the near future!
