We had Raccoons in our attic. I placed a call with the company. The call was picked up by Ray. It was nice of Ray to accommodate us on long weekend. Both Ray and Sam completed the job by securing all the corners and sealing the area from where the Raccoons entered inside the attic. Both Ray and Sam were highly professionals and finished the job. They were successful ejecting the raccoon from the attic. I would highly recommend the company and especially the team of Ray and Sam. Thank you guys. Highly appreciated.

We had a very disappointing experience with this raccoon removal service. When the worker arrived, we simply directed him to an area where he could possibly begin his work and mentioned a small safety concern near that area so that nothing on the property would accidentally get damaged during the process.
Unfortunately, he immediately took this the wrong way and assumed we were questioning his ability to do his job, which was never the case. Within about 10 minutes of arriving, he abruptly packed up his ladder and equipment and went back to sit in his car without attempting to continue the service.
We tried to calmly clarify that there was no misunderstanding and that the comment was only meant to point out a safety concern. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, he responded by raising his voice and behaving very disrespectfully before leaving.
He also made comments suggesting that leaving a bad review would be a problem, which felt very inappropriate and unprofessional.
Overall, the interaction was extremely uncomfortable and not the level of professionalism you would expect from someone providing a service at your home.
