One Year Program, but Just Replacing Bait?
The bait in my cold room has been completely eaten three times, yet no proper inspection was done to find the source of the problem. The company advertises a one-year program, but it only includes four visits. When I reported new activity, they said it was covered, but the technician simply added more bait without investigating the entry points.
After 7–8 months, the rodent problem is still ongoing. Very disappointing service. I expected a solution, not just more bait.

I initially contacted Brilliex to get a quote for what I thought was a raccoon problem in my attic. I spoke with Sam, who was very friendly and took the time to explain the process and what needed to be done.
Within 24 hours, Sam came out to my house and did a thorough inspection of my roof and attic. To my surprise, he discovered that I wasn't dealing with raccoons, but squirrels! He even took a video to show me exactly where they were getting in and explained what he recommended doing to fix the issue.
He installed a one-way door to allow the squirrels to get out and secured other potential entry points to prevent them from getting back in.
I really appreciated how quickly Sam responded and how honest, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with he was. He took his time explaining everything and made sure I understood what was going on.
Overall, I'm very happy with the service I received. Thanks again to Sam and the Brilliex team for the quick and professional service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with wildlife issues around their home.

I heard movement in my attic. Wildlife screening is already installed on all access to my attic. I called Brilliex to come out and check all access points.
Ray came out quickly. He was very friendly and explained that he fully backs his work. He went up to the roof and stated that all access to the attic was unbroken and that no squirrels or raccoons had gotten access to the attic. There were signs that raccoons had been on the roof. He made recommendations to protect my home and did not charge me for the visit.

Sam visited my house as I had a squirrel who entered my house attic. He was able to find the problem quickly and was able to get rid of the squirrel. He also helped saving further damage squirrel can do to my roof.

We had Raccoons in our attic. I placed a call with the company. The call was picked up by Ray. It was nice of Ray to accommodate us on long weekend. Both Ray and Sam completed the job by securing all the corners and sealing the area from where the Raccoons entered inside the attic. Both Ray and Sam were highly professionals and finished the job. We had Raccoons in our attic. I placed a call with the company. The call was picked up by Ray. It was nice of Ray to accommodate us on long weekend. Both Ray and Sam completed the job by securing all the corners and sealing the area from where the Raccoons entered inside the attic. Both Ray and Sam were highly professionals and finished the job. They were successful ejecting the raccoon from the attic. I would highly recommend the company and especially the team of Ray and Sam. Thank you guys. Highly appreciated.
