(How could my boss or my husband know I was dissatisfied if I didn't speak up?) And I needed this self-care to be simple, accessible, and enjoyable. (I mean, seriously ... the last thing I needed was just one more check box on my to-do list.) But I couldn't find what I needed! So, I created it. Because I'm a loving mom AND an ambitious woman. I'm an ambitious woman AND a loving mom. I'm both! And building a family while building a career is hard work! It takes some serious energy. I need energy for my oh-so-full-life, and you do too!
