Stay here often for work and am always impressed by how well this hotel is ran. Great service at the front desk and restaurant, and the valets are all super friendly and quick. The rooms are oversized and very quiet, no road noise at all.

Before you book please note that this hotel has two different kind of rooms at the same price: very old rooms and newly renovated rooms. Additionally it has two different buildings which require a golf cart/shuttle to get to the other building next to the pool.
We booked this hotel as part of a wedding block. They were supposed to give all wedding guests the newly renovated rooms. Instead many of us were placed in the old rooms with dirty carpet, only 1 out of 4 outlets working, and far from a “luxe” experience as the hotel name suggests.
I was able to see the newly renovated rooms which were a huge difference in experience but we paid the same amount.
I only recommend this place if you are able to guarantee that you would get a newly renovated room in the main building.

We booked the hotel based on location. The valley service was exceptional and very friendly as well as the front desk. After that our experience was not one that I would recommend to anyone. I have stayed at hotels at a fraction of the cost that offer much better rooms that are clean and comfortable, this is not the place. The rooms do not reflect the website at all. Our room had a horrible musty smell and was very outdated. If you have any difficulty with allergies of any type do not consider booking here at all. I have been sick for a week since we checked out. They offer a $25 food credit daily, however we tried to order room service and was placed on hold and no one ever picked back up. We called back several times and it went to voicemail. You definitely do not get what you are paying for on top of all of the added fees. Definitely a huge disappointment that made our trip less than enjoyable.

Very unsatisfied with my stay. They make the pictures look better than it really is. The valet was ok. The lobby checkin was good until we got to our room. Very run down rooms I felt like I was sleeping in a Motel 6, the beds were awful. There were bugs in the room. I ordered room service and there were ants in my food. I would not recommend this place at all. Don't waste your money.

Do you like micro-transactions? Do you enjoy sub-par facilities? Do you like going through administrative hurdles with the hotel's front desk? If so, this is the hotel for you!
Microtransactions menu for your rich soul:
Resort fees that serve no purpose - $35 per room per night
Overnight Parking Fee - $49 per car per night
Compulsory tennis coach fee for using the tennis court - $50
Hotel deposit fee that takes days to refund - $750 per room
Best of all, all of this excludes tax!
Insufferable facilities for the masochist in you:
A mattress that is too big for the bed frame
A mythical bottomless bathtub that never fills
Free uphill cardio required to access hotel facilities (limited rooms available, act fast!)
Infuriating front desk conversations (complimentary activity!):
The hotel provides a $25 food and beverage credit per room. You can also pool together multiple rooms so long as you specify in writing on the receipts the room you wish to split the charge across.
And here comes the fun part, you are never informed of the need to specify the rooms on the receipts you sign! Even if you told them to split the charge while ordering, you still have to be well-versed in the hotel's policies and somehow deduce the need to specify the splitting of charges in writing on the receipts! It's a real mind-bending activity!
In the second part of the activity, get ready to perform some mental gymnastics as the hotel's front desk attempts to charge you for extra food expenses while you argue semantics with them!
Final Verdict:
Staying in this hotel, I've learnt about the importance of tenacity and human resilience.
For teaching me such valuable lessons in patience and resilience, this hotel earns a resounding 1/5!
