Megan and Catherine are very efficient and professional, they screen and find me, great tenants, are prompt at responding to my questions on time, and also ensure that both me and tenant are kept happy and in the loop about everything, being an out of state investor it takes a huge burden off me knowing that I have Genuine Property Management take care of my property.

Genuine Property Management has been my breath of FRESH AIR just like their TV commercial says! You can not even imagine how hard it is to find a company that can rent your home in less than a month, and keep me infromed along with entire the process. They inspected my home and let me know all of the things I needed to have done before I could get a tenant in my home. Matt had a vendor for every repair and had all of the repairs done. I can not thank them enough for all of their hard work and how seriously they take this job. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Thank you!

They don't charge crazy percentages and fees. They also have a great staff. I recommend them 1,000 times over. Thank you Genuine Property Management for all your help. The stress would have been much much worse if it wasn't for your assistance. I am sad to be leaving. I would definitely seek their assistance again in the future and recommend them as a not so hidden gem in OC.
