My AC unit broke down at the end of a super muggy August! I was so thankful that the Brawn Bro’s service team was able to come the same day to replace the unit! Should I have any other heating or cooling issues, they will be the first company I call!

I know it's only fall, but with winter coming up, everyone should double-check their heater. We thought the noises coming from the heater last year wasn't anything to worry about, however when we turned the heater on last week, it didn't go on! Thank goodness for the Brawn Bros service team who came quickly and fixed the heater and explained how to deal with the heater in the future if the noises return!

I had a furnace malfunction, and the heating completely stopped working. Luckily Brawn Bros Rep showed up at my house at the right time. He was very experienced. He checked out the whole system thoroughly and provided his diagnosis in an ‘easy to understand’ way. He recommended the rental service they offer, The whole system was installed and up and running in a short time. They actually followed up with me after to make sure everything good. Now I have a brand new system that uses less gas to operate and also I don’t have to worry about paying for repair and maintenance as it is already included in the rental program.

We recently had a sales appointment with a Brawn Bros technician to take a look at our 8-year-old furnace. He was on time, personable, and knew his products, just as you would expect from a good salesperson. The appointment was very relaxed, and we didn't feel pressured to purchase. He explained all our options, gave his recommendation when we asked, and told us to take some time to think about it and give him a call when we were ready. .

The Brawn Bros technicians were polite and efficient. They replaced our boiler in less than two hours, and I saved a lot of money by going with Brawn Bros rather than being upsold by their competitors, who were neither "Accurate" nor particularly "Service friendly" in my opinion.

When I called Brawn Bros late at night because my A/C unit was busted they answered and said they would be by first thing in the morning. The customer service couldn't be beat, and the guy who came out to help me out answered all my questions. I went from knowing nothing about my A/C unit, to being pretty aware of what's going on, and I am now able to debug a few things on my own in the future.

Our old hot water tank was costing us a fortune. After contacting Brawn Bros they explained how this could mean that it was time for a new water heater. It drastically cut down our energy bill and we are even able to take longer hot showers!
