Our program is geared to an age group ranging from elementary aged kids all the way to adult. We want every member of the family to be able to enjoy training together. Our hope is that through the art of Tang Soo Do many families can be joined together into one large family that is Moo Son Down East and an even larger family that is the World Tang Soo Do Association. Tang Soo Do is an art form therefore there is no maximum age limit to begin training and athleticism is not required. Our Association contains members aging 60+ who are just as dedicated to the art as the youth students. The only thing required for training is a teachable spirit and a positive attitude. Read more
