This Uhaul location was super easy to drop off at. The owners were super helpful and directed me back into my spot. The location is easy to find. They work very short hours, mostly morning, so be prepared to phone first to find a time to drop off.

1. They’re a bit dishonest about mileage (was only 1 mile so could be honest mistake)

2. According to the owner you have to come in the next day/same week or else they can’t pay you what they literally OWE you (if you paid with cash). I had to spend multiple days contacting u haul headquarters to get the money they owed me back. Absolutely ridiculous and a massive headache. ALSO when I did finally get in touch with u haul headquarters they told me that this u haul place claimed that they had ALREADY paid me back the 140$ (complete lie) so forget the honest mistake part mentioned above they’re definitely squeezing extra dollars out of you disguised as “honest mistakes”

3. I genuinely felt like I was being deceived/scammed or lied to about things (such as the HAVING to come in same week to pickup the cash I was owed - like dude I gave you my bloody money so give me back the leftover that you now owe me!? The hell you mean “you don’t have it”) Kinda like a slimy car salesman - covering their sketchy ness with mild friendliness.

Thats the only small pro about the place - kinda friendly but even then other u hauls I’ve been to are really friendly so they still lose there too. Idk this is just one man’s opinion, they’re still in business so maybe this is a one off bad experience and perhaps other people have been treated well here.

My takeaway - get your trucks or trailers somewhere else
