I'm leaving this review as a thanks for the service, staff was friendly, but specifically the guy with all the pins on his hat, just went the extra mile silently, without me ever asking, just the little things. Like for example they were busy with a lot of online orders, and my sandwich just came out of the toaster, so it was gonna be sitting for a little before they got to it, not too long, but he without asking grabbed an extra piece of parchment paper, and put it over top so it would stay warmer. In a thankless job like the food industry, this is me saying thank you for putting the extra effort in, even when most people don't notice.

You guys genuinely need to get a new manager (older lady with gray hair).

I got the wrong sandwich in the drive through (totally fine, it happens). I went inside to get it remade and the manager loudly berated all the employees IN FRONT OF ME for mixing up the orders.

The employees were all very sweet and welcoming and remade my sandwich (it was a great sandwich btw), but I am appalled that she felt comfortable enough to berate her employees in front of customers. The employees looked bummed, and I was ALSO bummed because it literally wasnt a big deal. I did not mean to unleash Wrath on minimum wage employees lol.
It is just a shitty thing to do to your employees.

Its fast food, sometimes people mess up orders. Its literally fine. I genuinely hope that the guys working have the best day and don't have to work with this lady for much longer.

The other reviews suggest this lady is a problem. Upper management, get your shit together and fire her.

My fiance went in to grab my sub from the Togo rack, & the older lady with grey hair ( pretty sure she’s the manager) swayed the cart back and fourth teasing him, stating she’s just “bored” to him. afterwards my fiancée told me how uncomfortable he was with that interaction, I went to ask her about the situation & she openly admitted to it. mind you, she saw no wrong in her actions, as I told her that was inappropriate to do with a customer, she asked me to leave. I respectfully did so, but Never will I ever go back to that place when 1, your workers can’t admit their wrong doings and 2, more importantly can’t take accountability. And from what I’ve read here in the comments, this lady gives ALOT of people issues. Maybe someone like doesn’t have the “ leader “ quality’s subway strives for

The older lady named Sheila working behind the counter has a nasty attitude.

I'm not the only one who feels this way if you read the other reviews.

It's obvious she hates her job. Unprovoked she snapped at me because I set my keys on the table. She threatened to block me from picking up delivery orders from there because she thought I was being impatient. I was sitting quietly and waiting. I didn't say anything to her until she snapped.

I could feel the general vibe just watching the other employees. It's a toxic work environment.

She needs to be fired. It's very apparent that she can't handle the job.
