I really enjoy this subway location. The customer service is excellent too BIG shout to the manager Wayne he always welcoming me with open arms and everything. When it comes down to the food it’s always on point without a doubt never miss.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway. I had a valid coupon, but the employee refused to honor it and insisted that I pay the regular price. When I politely asked to speak with the manager, the employee became unprofessional and told me that she would not serve me my meal at all.

No customer should be treated this way for simply asking to speak with a manager. The lack of customer service, respect, and professionalism was unacceptable. I left without my order and felt completely disrespected. I hope management addresses this issue so other customers don't have the same experience.

Super kind lady with green hair (I’m sad I didn’t get her name) who was amazingly attentive and made amazing sandwiches. Very very kind to our family.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I walked in around 8:40 PM while the store was supposed to close at 9:00 PM, but the staff was already shutting everything down. I asked if they were still taking customers, and the man working responded with “I guess” in a very rude tone.
As I continued placing my order, they told me they had already turned off the toaster and couldn’t toast my sandwich. Both the man and woman working were clearly annoyed and acted like they didn’t want to serve me at all. Customer service was terrible, and the whole experience felt very unwelcoming. I will definitely never return to this Subway again.

Food is great but the service is getting worse, both times I’ve come they seem to not enjoy being at work. They are sad and very depressing to take my order.
