I have been going to this subway for probably ten years and have never been disappointed. The main lady who is always working is always so nice and so fast. This is definitely the best subway I’ve ever been too.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I couldn’t resist. Stopped here at 5am. Never had subway from a gas station. Hands down much cleaner than subway restaurants. Food fresh as fresh can be and taste great. I got a cookie too it’s so soft ong everything was great

Great place to get Subway food. We order subs almost every week & our order is always correct. And consistent amounts of each veggie , sauce, etc.

Wow, what a disappointing experience!

I ordered my lunch expecting exactly what I paid for, but the sandwich arrived without the veggie patty. I called the store to report the issue, and instead of listening or checking my order, the owner’s daughter immediately insisted that I hadn’t ordered it that way.

Only after a few seconds did she actually check the order details and realize that I was right. Her apology felt insincere and seemed more like a formality than genuine customer care.

After our conversation, she personally decided to deliver the correct sandwich, and I did receive the order as it was originally placed. I appreciate that the mistake was eventually corrected.

However, the initial response, lack of professionalism, and poor communication left a very negative impression. Mistakes can happen, but respectful customer service is what keeps customers coming back.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this Subway outlet until it improves its customer service and the way it handles customer concerns.

Highly recommend this particular Subway. The staff there is always kind and respectful, you can tell they actually swap out the ingredients for fresh ones, and just all around, they are the best subway in the area (which is odd considering it runs out of a gas station). It's my go to.
