We did not use their services so I cannot speak to that. However, I took my elderly mom to their facility after receiving confirmation of their covid protocols. Upon arrival, while still outside... we saw 2 different people inside without masks on. One of which was the therapist himself... and the other I’m assuming was a client who was breathing heavily on an elliptical machine. From the doorway I told the receptionist my mom would not be coming inside and I stated why. She said “oh i can have them put their masks on..” Yea, no. We’re all set. Patient beware.
