Sentinel Storage was great, they are really easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions. We just needed a storage unit for a short period and we were able to just pay for the exact amount of time that we needed rather than being locked in a contract for x amount of months which was perfect. I would highly recommend them, and I felt that all my personal belongings were being kept safe while I was away.

The Sentinel Storage facility on Dallas Drive was broken into over a week ago. My daughter and I called the police because there was nothing posted and the gate is left wide open. So much for a secure place to store your possessions, that you pay for. Not very impressed at all. By the way I would have given no star but in order to post this I had to. :(

Rented a RV spot at the Dallas satellite location at eastern Kamloops city limits for around 10 months. Lots of turnaround room for motor home and spots quite wide between units. Easy in & out and secure area. Staff at Salish Rd main office great to work with.
