I chose Access Storage (Nepean - Bongard) after seeing their impressive 4.9-star rating, and they absolutely live up to their reputation!
Not only are their prices highly competitive, but their promotions are unbeatable. We caught their June promotion (75% off for the first 8 weeks or 50% off for the first 12 weeks), which made it incredibly affordable. We rented a 10x15 storage unit for four months, and the total cost came out to less than $900 including tax! On top of that, they have a great referral program where you can get up to a $100 reward for referring a friend.
Despite the low prices, their customer service is top-notch and completely uncompromised. The Store Manager, Delaine Sousa, was exceptionally professional and welcoming. Her warm and genuinely caring attitude truly touched us and made the entire process seamless.
If you are looking for a secure, affordable storage space with heartwarming service in Nepean, I highly recommend this location. Ask for Delaine—she is amazing!

Were very friendly and accommodating. Units were very spacious and they even sell locks that are compatible for their own doors on site, so it makes it very easy for first time customers to be able to secure their lockers.

The woman I spoke with was very kind. I called at 455 pm to change the date I needed unit and to finalize the contract. She spent 15 minutes past closing time so I could pay, sign the online contract, modify my start date , etc. I was very glad she did this as the company moving my baby grand piano and couch wanted to do it the next day which was a Saturday when the storage is not open. Thank you for staying the extra time to explain it all to me and ensuring I could access the unit the following day.

Great staff made the process of getting the right sized unit easy. Great features like automated billing and payment. Access is secured with code for entry and exit. The units are clean and are well lit. The only con is I had to buy one of the special locks for the storage unit door but have no use for it once I leave. It would be nice to be able to return the lock and get even half of what I paid for it back. Other than that an overall great experience.

Been renting with this company for a number of months now. Check in process is so easy the units are great, they are clean and with lighting. The site staff is awesome always looking to help. Great service thus far. We haven’t even loaded our items into the storage yet, since it was just yesterday that we signed the agreement. With that said, we feel that we’ve made the right choice. Although their prices may appear higher than average…. It’s not always about that. I feel safe leaving my valuables in their possession.
