I just had an expensive Bedroom suite delivered and realized that I didn't want to leave the dresser/chest/nightstand tops exposed, and the best way to protect them was with glass. I looked for options online and eventually gave Twin City a call.

They were helpful on the phone. I believe I talked with Hannah who walked me through my options and kept me from ordering something that would have been complete overkill. She sent over a quote, I adjusted it after realizing I had my measurements wrong and they had the job done in a week (4 pieces total, 60x18, 22x18, 40x18). Price was reasonable, and the product was well packed. They look great on my furniture and provided me with bumpers to put between the glass and the wood tops.

Very happy with my experience.

Very unfortunate experience with Twin City. We have a couple of large windows which not many will work on. Twin City said they could , first time they came out they didn't have the correct scaffolding to do the job and had to reschedule, fine mistakes happen. Second time they came out we had painters working on the outside of the house. Workers told us they wouldn't work while other contractors were there. We said we could have the painters move anything they needed and have the space to do what was needed themselves. They then left without even telling us they were leaving (just said they had to make a call ).
Called in again to schedule a new installment, owner berated my wife wouldn't let her speak, blamed us for having him "waste money repeatedly sending people out" did not take any accountability for what actually happened.
Rude , arrogant would not allow in my house

Twin City Glass fabricated and installed our custom shower enclosure on a base that previous contractors had installed wrong. The owner came out and took measurements promptly. They had a bit of a backlog, so installation took a few weeks, but it was well worth the wait. Everything was installed correctly and there is no leaking or anything at all as of a month later. After months of asking around and being quoted astronomical amounts for the incorrect shower base, we finally have a functional shower thanks to them!

I was looking for a replacement glass for my 1960s crank out window that was a victim to an exuberant kick from a soccer ball. Called in the morning and they were very friendly, I brought in a piece of glass from the window and they made two more identical custom pieces while I waited, no more than 15 minutes.

They were packaged very well, and the glass quality was far superior than the original piece. Glad to support a local business!
