I've used these guys as both a client and candidate and found them much better than most. As a candidate, yeah i know they had to look at a whole bunch of candidates, but they took time to get to know me and treat me as a person. As a client, they dug in and got to know my business to try to help me build a real team not just fill a one-person gap.

After I was laid off from my executive position with a company I had been with for several years, I needed help making the right connections and IQ Partners made the whole process much easier. They put me in touch with several companies in Toronto and I am much happier now.

I am writing this post before my final interview with the possible possible future employer, so it is not that I am frustrated that I was not accepted to the job.
I will not bother you with details. I can only say that if they ask to to do any tasks that take long preparation time, and promise you that the tasks will be easy, and the interview (with their end client - my possible employer) will be just "to check if you're not a sociopath otherwise you are in" - do not waste your time. After every stage, I discover that the next is harder, not easier, and my chances to be accepted are low. They are deliberately misleading.
They just don't care to waste others' time by preparing for tasks and for tests.

Exactly my experience, only that I failed the interview immediately - wasted 10 days on task and tests, the interviewer at the company asked my one question , and determined that I do not fit. Why wasting 10 days on that, and couldn't they - IQ partners - ask me that same question: do you have experience with that software. They wanted to push me just in case, and didn't mind wasting my time for that .
