Went in today to buy some Cinnabon rolls, and whoever the older lady was behind the counter needs communication skills. I was looking at the menu and she started yelling you have to go up there to place the order I said ok I am looking at the menu. There was a gentleman making up another order and he said I can get your order what did you want. I thanked him and told him my order and asked if I should take them up or would he, and he said he would. I asked for two sides of the icing and he said no problem. So I go stand in line and the older lady starts flipping out. Wanting me to get out of line and go to her line then said he can get you. She then yelled the order to the cashier I paid and walked back down to get the rolls. She was acting all huffy and getting upset OVER nothing. She gave me the box and asked me if I wanted a bag I said yes she bagged them and gave them back. I no sooner turn around and she starts getting into it with the gentleman who helped me. She needs to calm down and take a breath. It’s cinnamon rolls. I really hope that guy didn’t get in trouble!

As a truck driver, I’ve decided to switch to Pilot. The food is better, the showers are cleaner, and the fuel rewards program is much better than the competition. Those things make a big difference when you’re on the road every day. Pilot has made my stops more enjoyable and worth it. Keep up the great work!

*THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN NOT ACCOMPLISH AND I AM A MAN OF MY WORD FOR IT IS ALL I HAVE AND I BREAK IT FOR NO ONE*
OUTSTANDING ADJUSTMENT.
There was a mild issue yesterday included in the previous review, the owner saw to it taken care of IMMEDIATELY.
I LOVE PILOT!!!! Without you guys we couldn't be the logistic blood of this country.
This place is very big. Very well kept and taken care of. You can get almost anything here they have a neat little Subway with a cool gal that runs it, lots of nice and friendly staff there's always somebody there to greet you and say goodbye at the door I really like that kind of stuff and we as truckers really appreciate all that you do.
I never drove a bad review unless it's something that is potentially hazardous to another person. You'll never hear me complaining about my state being a little too well done are my eggs not being perfect hahahahaaaa.
Lightworkers light the way following God's path. Only fools despise correction and wisdom.
Excellent job to the owner, especially for your response time.
As promised, it is done.

Excellent work guys.

This Pilot impressed me, I’ve been to Pilots North to South, East to West and this one is definitely a better Travel Stop. Placement is good, plenty of parking and seems like it usually does, friendly staff, very clean, smelled good, and even the hot food was better than most, so overall I’d say this is definitely a top Pilot for traveling, plenty of space for truckers, and more snacks, drinks, etc. than most.
