I ordered window blinds from this company, itook over 6 months for them to come. The installer was very polite and respectful; however, the blind fell off my window a few days later. I tried to call them to have it repaired. I couldn’t find a number for them, all there was, was a warehouse in Regina. No one to help me there. I researched so many ways to get hold of them. I was NOT given a receipt when they installed, I was told it would be emailed to me….NEVER HAPPENED! I finally found a number, I called it over and over again, no answer. I finally got hold of someone and I got it fixed.. I tried to call back again and the call wouldn’t go through. DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY they’re shady and once they have your money, they drop you like a hot potato.

What a Disaster of a Company
I Currently Rate ZERO or Negative if I could.
I have Many Very Good Reasons why I do not recommend Ecoline Windows, but because this is a Current and Active Issuse, I am giving them a chance to Remedy the Situation and I will update this comment and report the results with all the details or if needed change my recommendation, but I highly doubt it after what transpired on our property with the District Manager's very unprofessional behavior.

Ecoline tried to reinstall our windows and completely botched the install job. Not only that, but they have managed to make our house colder in the winter, and hotter in the summer. Their windows are also not certified to Canadian Window and Door manufacturing code. They have botched three installs with two sets of windows. ZERO STARS!

DO NOT USE ECOLINE WINDOWS! They are inexperienced and have vastly inferior products. We have started the process to sue this company as we had problems from day one of installation and they have been avoiding us ever since New parts have been "on order" for 9 months. This company also does not have an actual office in Regina as they're a total scam. We will be suing them for complete reimbursement as well as more for damage to our house Zero stars. Avoid at all costs. We have also filed a full complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which they have avoided as well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This is the 2nd house we have gotten new windows from Ecoline. We have recommended them to a few people that we know. Will keep using them and love the customer service as well as product.
