I LOVE this gym. I have found all employees including the owners to be nothing but pleasant, helpful and extremely welcoming. I highly recommend it to all my friends.

I've worked out at this gym since before it was All fit and love it. The owners are knowledgable and accreditated. The classes that the have are an awesome workout and the gym itself is clean and well maintained.

There is one in Port Perry and the owners are the most arrogant and ill advised owners I have ever encountered. My first time there the owner Louise? was counseling a woman on nutrition (she is not a Registered Dietician nor did I see any accredited formal training certificates in nutrition or counseling) in the middle of the waiting room on a bench. How imappropriate, the client was obviously uncomfortable with this. She doesn't have any other instructors!she teaches every class herself. Although her class was busy she never corrected one person and made the statement that it doesn't matter how you do it, just do it. There was women in the class exercising in dangerous form with no concern for thier safety, no corrections were ever made. This was my first and only time I went, she is a danger to people who are not educated in fitness. Stay away from this facility.
