Let me start with the good. The kids club was amazing, my daughter loved it. That is all the good now the bad.

1) Different rules regarding the hot tub depending on if the boss was in or not.
2) WEnt to cancell my daughters membership was advised her last payment would of been June 19, 2009 so no more payments would go through my account. WRONG!!! July 3, they took another payment out and stated that the last payment was due July 3, 2009. PAP program but her club Privileges were finished on June 19, 2009 so she cant use the club but they will take the money.
3) Asked to speak to a manager and a Associate came out did not identify himself and the manager could of cared less. Or should I say assistant manager who was on at the time.
4) Was over charged for one NSF fee the doubled charged me had to fight with them about it to get it reversed. Then tehy relaised I was right and they finally reversed the charge.
5) The associate who cancelled my daughters membership worte the dates in the wrong secitions of the form so it does not make any sense and the assistant manager even rad this form and said it was correct. Make sure if you have a childs membership they dont rip you off.

But the Kids club was fanastic we cancelled the membership due to it being summer and not using it but all in all we ended up cancelling the whole thing due to managements lack of knowledge and the way the handled this situation.
I will never return to this club.
