I've never had to wait for a machine. The staff are always courteous and helpful. My concern is the cleanliness of the facility. Members are not encouraged to clean down the machines after use, and it is obvious that the staff are not cleaning them either. There is gum stuck to many of the machines in the "women's only" section. Also, the hand sanitizer is often empty. There are no postings with regards to how often the shower stalls and steam room are cleaned - and one has to wonder how well the pool is maintained as well. There are fountains visible and easy to access - which is nice. Towel service is available if necessary. Just really unsure about cleanliness
