I began going to classes last fall and am proud to say I now know the whole set.

very physicaly chalanging and relaxing. Gives me time to think, and not think.

the best part is my back doesn't hurt any more and my sholders are all nice and shapley, looked great in my wedding dress (see my profile for pics)

relaxing and now that my wedding is past i'm going to try to pick up some extra classes!
