I bought a $400 piece of fitness equipment and was told by the sales guy that it would take a week to arrive from their warehouse. A week later and nothing. They said it would take another 2 weeks before the next warehouse delivery.

Honest to god, why would I want to buy from these guys and wait almost a month to get my purchase when I can order the EXACT same product from Amazon for LESS money and have it delivered within a few days? I will NEVER buy form Fitness Depot again and will warn everyone that these guys don't give a flying f*ck about customer satisfaction.

Bought item with four years of warranty.

When it comes to trying to get repair.
Its been since May I am still out of a work out machine and its mid Sept.

Do not purchase from them. No help what so ever. Do not purchase warranty as well.

I was looking for some 50lbs plates I searched all over and they weere by far the cheapest and the staff was helpful the small girl at the counter offered to carry them out for me!

I would just like to start by saying that I have been looking around for a while now for some fitness equipment and I have to say that by far Fitness Depot is the company that gave me the worst experience. I felt that they were very pushy cause they are commision based. When I went in stating that I was looking for information on treadmill they were trying to push me into a precor system. The most expensive I might add and made me feel like if I bought anything below what they had recommened that I was making a stupid decision. I would recommened to anyone to look elsewhere for equpiment.

The Fitness Depot is a good store, however, the Diamondback Ellipticals are not so good. You pay for the name and the product is not good. They break all the time, so get the WARRANTY! There is one that you get for five years, take it, use it, then sell it!!
