A very friendly store! The selection is excellent and the shop is extremely clean. The staff are incredibly kind—Nicole, Brian, and Jason have always been so helpful, accurately guiding me to exactly what I'm looking for each time, making every shopping experience enjoyable. I hope all stores can take them as an example!

This was one of the most shocking retail experiences I’ve ever had.
I selected several items in-store, and a staff member kindly helped hold them for me with my name clearly written on the hold. Importantly, I never even left the store during this time. However, when I went back to pick them up, I was told that all of my items had been sold—by the store manager—to a bulk buyer who apparently has a personal relationship with her.
What’s even more unbelievable is that the manager, Nicole, appeared to accept gifts from this buyer (looked like Body Works products), which raises serious concerns about fairness and professionalism. It honestly felt like there were “under-the-table” deals happening right in the store.
Customers should be able to trust that items placed on hold—especially when they’re still in the store—will be respected. This experience completely broke that trust. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

We had a wonderful experience here. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We were trying to find a size for my daughter and they went above and beyond to help, and be encouraging! Best staff experience ive had in a store in a very long time!!

The selection of products were great but they need to improve on customer service. Don't make me feel like I'm not good enough to shop in your store. The cashier seemed just done with her day too. If I weren't in a bind, I would have purchased somewhere else.
