I had ordered a set of Power Block 9.0 and went to pick my order up. I let them know I was there to pick them up and the person working proceeded to help the man who came in behind me. He then we to get my order and said he would help me carry to the car so backed my car up and in the meantime helped another man so I carried them out myself. Not much help.

Friendly enough service but very slow. They don't give you any details when your order will arrive. "We only know if the truck is coming the day before we get the call". That tells me their logistics are not very well vetted. "It might be next week."
