Got a flat tire on the way to the airport. Karen was so hopeful in getting a tow scheduled quickly. Juan was able to get the car delivered safely to the dealership while I was at the airport. They were so great!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I called Ron’s towing because my steering wheel was locked up and I was unable to start it. They were going to charge me alittle less than 700$ to tow my car (it would’ve been alittle under 4 hour round trip). When the guy got there he was able to get it started. He never hooked the car up. He told me they would probably charge me something and I said I completely understand.

They call and said it would be 290$!!!! I cannot believe they would rip anyone off that bad. They said they were charging me a service fee and mileage. I did not mind paying something but I was very disappointed..

EDIT: Correct- I did pay 129.95 after a long time on the phone of back and forth because of what I was going to be charged.

Needed a tow quick, spoke with a very sweet lady named Searra on the phone and she was able to get me a driver to me in 15 minutes! This will be my towing company for life!! The driver was very nice and their prices are very affordable.

I recently used Ron’s Towing service when my car battery died on Mother’s Day evening (which also happened to be a stormy Sunday). I was connected to them through my insurance roadside assistance. The lady I spoke with over the phone for the ETA was very kind and helpful. The guy who came to do the tow was both professional and friendly (especially for it being 12:30 in the morning). He took my car to the dealership and even took the time to fill out the night drop form and leave my key so I could get immediate service the next morning. This to me was above and beyond because I know he had to walk pretty far across the dealership parking lot in bad weather to get to that drop box (because the gates to the lot were closed). I even received a 1:30am phone call from the same nice lady confirming my car had successfully been dropped off. I would definitely recommend Ron’s for your towing needs!

I sit on the side of an exit for 3 days because my motor home broke down. I have road side service on it but nobody wanted to pull it. So my grandson works at Ron's Towing. He said they didn't have a problem pulling it home. And they was there when they said they would be. He also gave me an ETA and he was right on time. Treated my baby like it was his own. My grandson didn't get to pull her . He was on another call. Erik delivered her in my yard without hurting her. Just give them a call when you need anything pulled.
