Professional, timely, and went above and beyond to ensure our 4 bedroom home was moved on a tight timeline. The move included some heavy workout equipment and delicate musical instruments. Moved from Owen Sound to Sudbury without a hitch! It was amazing to watch the Mister Mover team stack the big truck - just like professional Tetris players. All of our things made it without a single scratch. Job well done!

Kelly/owner of Mr. Mover did a great job for us today.
We moved a grand piano with Mr. Mover today- Saturday. That were fully booked for the next 2 weeks, but got us in for a Saturday move.
Kelly was an expert at dissasembling and reassembling the piano legs/top, etc.
It was a pleasure to deal with these people.

TERRIBLE experience! 3 “professional”movers and 11 hours to move a small 3 bedroom house; no boxes and only furniture! Cost me $4000!!!!!! I was told 4-6 hours at most. I had to rent my own trailer to finish the back yard items so they wouldn't need to do a 3rd truck load!!! Damage to furniture and multiple areas in the new house are damaged; floors, stairwell and walls! One staff spent most of the day on his phone and then took alcohol from my fridge, drank and hid the can in the basement. Followed up with company for month's, with pictures and details; requesting money back for the wasted time and damage's, with no result. They initially apologized and said they “dealt” with that staff member ,however, have not met my request for any refund and I am now left to pursue a court claim. Disgusting and taking advantage of people!

I called and left a message and requested a call back to my number, which I provided in the message a few times to ensure they got it. It has been 10 days and no contact from this company. I can't imagine calling them again for any of the services they offer if they are incapable of returning a potential customer's phone message

Mr mover, Kelly and and James were the best. They were on time and very polite and hard working. Nothing got broken and they had to move a solid wooden 120 year old bedroom suite up these stairs with 2 different angles. I would highly recommend Mr Movers

We used Mister Mover to move my parents out of a retirement home and into a condo in Oct 2021. I've moved internationnally over 10 times (England, Australia, USA, Canada) and this move is one of the most organized and well run ones I've seen. The crew that showed up were young but I was blown away with how well they worked with each other and how polite they were. No swearing. Please. Thank you. I've never experienced that during a move. Certainly not to this level. They took great care in taking things apart and being careful while moving the items. They were on time and the move took right around the amount of time that was estimated. I would definitely not hesitate in using Mister Mover again. I, and my parents, thank you for a great move!

They were quick & prompt; however, the movers broke a door to a dresser which they hid, damaged the door seal and chipped the stove. Unfortunately, they didn't report the damages to their Manager and basically the Manager told us that it was a lie; that was a very big disappointment. Customers are not their 1st priority!! It was not the monetary value but the principle of the workers' dishonesty that was very upsetting. Social media like this and word of mouth will come back and ruin their reputation. So 😢!!

We hired Mr. Mover to move a vintage grand piano and some other items into storage. They were polite, skilled and professional in taking care of our prized possessions. Their communication with each other as they navigated large items through complex spaces was nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend them.

I was forced to move suddenly due to our building & apt unsafe. Mister Mover booked me the next day & they did the most incredible job ever! I had glass breakable stuff, , glass coffee table, huge sauna to dismantle and reassemble. They moved everything without any damage & the sauna weighs a ton, plus 2 zed bed organic mattresses that are very expensive extremely heavy. They were amazing!! Cannot thank them enough I was so desperate & they were wonderful. 2 other people gave me the run around and bailed out at the last minute. If not for Mister Mover I think I'd have had a nervous breakdown.
