Bou Clair's exchange policy is so ancient, they will soon find themselves in a market position where they have no customers. Apparently, "unopenned" exchanges of goods cannot be conducted without a vaild receipt within 14 days of purchase. POOOOOOOOOR Customer service. Even Liquidation World has a 30 day policy. Canadian Tire, Home Depot, Lowes, Rona and so on, all give credits back for the product. I purchased blinds for a cottage and got 3 different sizes to test. Unfortunately we could not get to the cottage to test them because of the inclement weather. Never buy here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
