Fantastic service and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. They went above and beyond to address my concerns and made me feel comfortable with the entire process and when I problem arose they were completely proactive, finding a solution and solving the complication before I even knew about it. This device is Extremely Dangerous! First of all you have to breath in, out and then in again. It's easy to not do it the right way, then you have to go through an annoying reset process that makes you look at the device while driving. This almost cost me a major front end collision with a semi truck. Now, I am trying to get this device removed to go to another company and it's next to impossible to do. I started 2 hours ago and still have not talked to a person. DO NOT put yourself through the Hell I have gone through with this company and choose another company. There are lots out there.

If I could give zero stars I would. Intoxalock is an insane scam. My husband was sentenced to this in 2022 for a first time DUI. Intoxalock has now tried to extend to 2027 because of their faulty machinery that failed him, passed him 5 minutes later, twice! They charged him $75 for each lockout, stated they wouldn't report the "failure" to the DMV. They did, and now we have to go through HOOPS to get the extension removed. This company preys on people, keeps you trapped in this loop of paying for the thing that faults you on a whim.

There is no way out of this except to remove the device from the truck completely and have him not drive for 2 more years, which is a crazy ask, but we are scared that if we keep this in the the truck, it will keep finding "reasons" to extend the lease. I cannot fathom how this system is even legal.

They will respond and say "sorry for your terrible experience, call this 877 number!" You will get nowhere. Don't sign up for this. If we had opted for him not to drive for two years, this nightmare would've been over LAST YEAR.

EDIT 5.6.25 - Like I said, all they do is give you an 877 number, where you get exactly nowhere. If they are trying to take your license, opt out of an Intoxalock, go without driving for a year or whatever the term is. Opt for not driving for whatever period of time they are trying to take your license for, because I guarantee Intoxalock will find a way to double the time you have it.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. They lie to get you to sign the contract with them. They have hidden fees. They lie and force you to recalibrate earlier than required which results in more recalibrations. False lockouts so you have to pay to have it removed. Device was installed incorrectly then I had to pay to have it redone. They said you can renegotiate your contract at its end term, you can’t so you are stuck with the high “only in the beginning costs”. They say they have state experts familiar with your states laws, they don’t. Complete predatory company taking advantage of people in bad situations.
