My name is Dr. Seun Sowemimo or 'Dr. Seun: as most patients call me. I'm an experienced bariatric; laparoscopic and general surgeon who has been practicing in Freehold; New Jersey for the past 10 years. I'm on staff at two central New Jersey hospitals: CentraState Medical Center in Freehold; where our office is located and Raritan Bay Medical Center. We also have an office in Jackson. For the past 13 years; I have successfully performed thousands of operations; including weight loss surgery, emergency procedures and complex surgeries. I specialize in performing minimally invasive laparoscopic operations and robotic surgery procedures which achieve the same or higher degree of success as traditional operations, but with smaller incisions resulting in less post-operative pain and faster recovery.
