I am very unimpressed with the service I received yesterday. Went there for a special product in the flyer that was sold out, the man who worked there told us they just got some more of the product in but was so lazy to unpack it. Proceeded to look around the store found something that Ive been trying to find forever so was happy to see, no price listed no tags to scan, the gentleman looked on the website and inventory and still no price. The gentleman put my item back and continued to help someone else. IF THERE IS NO PRICE OR TAG DO NOT HAVE THE ITEM OUT FOR PEOPLE TO TRY AND PURCHASE!! horrible service will never got back. Employees have really bad attitudes.

I bought a 24 gun safe yesterday,spoke to a lady by the name of Bonnie, she explained your store policy of not holding any items,for customers,and the safe I was looking for was in stock.I drove from Cobourg to buy the safe and everyone who I talked to on your staff were excellent to deal with.Thank you very much for great service, shall be back.
