I had an appointment scheduled with Brian for Thursday Aug.11 at 4 and it was a no show, without any communication. I followed up with the office, they had Brian contact me directly. Spoke with Brian Friday Aug.12 and we rescheduled the appointment for Sat. Aug. 13 @ 12:00, once again, a no show and no communication. It's unfortunate I have to chase a company to give them business, I will not be using them since this is an indication of how business will be conducted.
