When our garage door motor was struck by lightning during the recent severe storms, we were worried we’d be without a functioning door for days. We found Gator Garage Door Repair based on their incredible 5-star rating from over 3,000 reviews, and we are so glad we did.

We were notified that Brady Griffin would be coming out and that he was a new employee. But let me tell you—new does NOT mean inexperienced! Brady was an absolute professional. He diagnosed the electrical damage immediately and walked us through our options without any pressure. He clearly knows his stuff.

He installed a new, upgraded opener for us, and the difference is night and day. Our garage is right under the main bedroom, and the new unit is so incredibly quiet that we can barely hear it running! It also feels much smoother and more secure. Brady took the time to explain the new safety features and adjustments, making sure everything was set up perfectly.

We couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you, Brady, for your expertise, honesty, and excellent service. Gator Garage Door Repair has definitely earned that 5-star reputation.

Joseph was outstanding! He replaced my garage door springs and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. I really appreciated that he educated me on how the system works instead of just rushing through the job. He clearly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. The service was professional, honest, and high quality from start to finish. I highly recommend Joseph to anyone needing garage door repairs!

We had such an amazing experience with Cody from Gator Garage Doors! As first-time homeowners, we were completely lost when our garage door suddenly stopped working and got stuck partially open. We didn't even know there were companies that specialized in garage door repairs until we found Gator Garage Doors on Google.
When we called, they were able to offer same-day service, which was exactly what we needed. Cody kept us updated by letting us know when he was on his way, and from the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.
He quickly assessed the problem, explained everything in a way we could understand, and reassured us that the issue was manageable. What we appreciated most was that he gave us different repair options instead of trying to upsell us, which helped us avoid spending more money than necessary. He also took the time to give us maintenance tips to help keep our garage door in good shape going forward.
Overall, it was such a relief to have someone so honest and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Cody and Gator Garage Doors to anyone needing garage door service. We even learned that they sell and install new garage doors, which is something we'll definitely be coming back to them for in the future. Thank you, Cody, for making a stressful situation so much easier!

I scheduled Gator Garage Doors to perform a full inspection on the garage door at my new home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. My technician, Benjamin Brooks, was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly an expert in his craft. He took the time to thoroughly inspect and service my garage door while explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. He also gave me great advice on how to improve my garage door’s performance and keep it in excellent condition. I really appreciated that he never rushed the appointment and made sure all of my questions were answered. I highly recommend Gator Garage Doors, and especially Benjamin, for anyone looking for honest, high-quality service.
