I thought we ordered two chocolate milkshakes but instead I spent $16 on chocolate milk and very little whip cream, which they charged extra for. Could have gone to Publix down the street if I wanted chocolate milk. It’s a shame, my hubby and I used to go often and they used to an alright job but this is the last straw…

My wife and I love going to baskin robbins.and lately we will not go back. We order shakes thru drive thru and 20 minutes later they come out with our soupy shakes. There response was that is our shakes to look like. Sorry we will not go back

I have been fighting with them for over a month to get a refund for a cake they messed up. I never got what I ordered and had to call the location over 60x. NO one answered. I had to call another location to get them to contact the manager, who then called me and verified what I ordered was not in the cooler and was never made. He assured me they would give me a refund the next day when their bookkeeper came in, and said it would be in my bank by the weekend. I waited a week and tried to call, which again, NO ONE answered, shocking I know. I even tried reaching out to the manager on their personal cell they had called me from and was ghosted. I then spent the next three weeks proving all this to cooperate with the screen shots of call logs, texts, & receipts. After OVER a month of this, they want to give me a gift card to shop with them instead of my promised refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE, Waste of money and ZERO customer service. I have been more than patient giving them just over a month to correct this mistake and have been completely lied to and ghosted. They do not care about their customers all they want is your money. Color me shocked. (eye roll)

Had an order through DoorDash. First dasher left because they couldn’t fulfill order. Second communicated that they didn’t have the items we ordered or they didn’t have half of the toppings for another item but could order other stuff. Everything we tried to order, they said they didn’t have. When the dashed communicated what they said they had, it was then followed by they didn’t. We tried to cancel our order so we weren’t wasting dashers time. Baskin said if we cancelled, we would still be charged full price for an item that was missing multiple toppings. Tried to call multiple times and no one answered. Terrible, will never recommend this place to anyone

I love the ice cream from this place, been a customer for about 10 yrs at this location. But i have to say something, drivethru doesn't fail you can buy 2 to 3 containers of prepackaged ice creams noooo bag. Today I just went through it ice cream dripping everywhere. I get out of the car to get a bag, they told me to wait. Then I asked another girl that was getting the trash, she said we'll be with you in a moment we're busy. I said politely I just need a bag for the ice cream. They looked bothered. The place was empty nobody in line just 3 cars at the drive thru which one of them was mine. 🤦‍♀️ not happy
