We do this by identifying and treating the root cause of the disease or imbalance and not just treating the symptoms. Treatment methods we use are Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine combined with nutritional medicines formulated to restore proper function, often based on findings. We can further assess patients by testing hormones or running preventative blood work. We don't have a "one size fits all protocol”. Each person's needs are addressed individually and his or her health care is specifically customized. And most importantly we believe in empowering patients with knowledge so they can make the best healthcare and lifestyle choices with confidence. Dr. Gorla is only one of a handful of clinicians in North Carolina who has their Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and also has the distinction of being a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Gorla strives to help people understand that the best doctor is their own body. When given the proper support, our bodies can often return to healthy function at most any age. His passion is to help people achieve and maintain their healthcare goals.
