I come there all the time because I live right down the street. The last 2 interactions I’ve had with a new employee have been terrible. The first time I interacted with him was a few days ago and he wouldn’t accept my ID. He looked at my ID, looked at me, looked back at my ID, then me again (repeated multiple times), then shook his head no as if he didn’t believe it was me on my ID. I had to go all the way down to a different gas station in North Olmsted. I just went there again, and he tried to tell me that they don’t sell wine on Sunday… it’s not Sunday, it’s Friday night/Saturday morning, it is after midnight so technically it’s Saturday but he argued with me trying to say “it’s after midnight so it’s Sunday”… how do you skip a whole day 🤦🏼‍♀️ he ended up selling me the wine but I had to argue with him that it is in fact Saturday, not Sunday 🙄 he also doesn’t respond or answer any questions. When I walked in both times I said “hi, how are you?” And I just get stared at and ignored. I asked him questions and he just stares at me… he even sighed at me today when I asked for a product. No words, except that they don’t sell alcohol on Sunday and then going back and forth with me that it’s not Sunday 🙄. No hello, no bye, nothing… extremely uncomfortable, if he’s there I’ll walk right back out from now on. I come there very often. Everybody else there I absolutely love and they always interact with me, asking about how I’m doing and how my family is.

Put cash on counter was yelled at claimed I through it. I just dropped it. Then tried to rip me off $ 10. I seen she put the wrong price on the register and I said you have the wrong amount. I was lucky she still had the money in her hand. The place hires student on school Vistas and let them work without a work visa.

The only reason I go there is because it’s open all the time. Food is almost always out of date. They are so shaddy. They never give u correct change on purpose. I always have to ask for my Pennies and nickels. This place sucks. If it wasn’t open all night I would never go there. I wonder how much they make annually by giving incorrect change intentionally??
